As Executive Director of Business Development, Mike is responsible for leading the creation of long-term value for the organization through collaboration with the BD team to capture new work, aligning with Operations to ensure successful re-competes, and growth of current contracts and customers by implementing new and enhanced services.
As the former Director of S&T at the Marine Corps’ PEO Land Systems, Mr. Halloran was instrumental in developing strategies to inform, influence, and align investment in the modern warfighter by leveraging new and innovative science and technology offerings. This primary responsibility led to collaboration with ALEX on the development of Velocity, its artificial intelligence-infused suite of capabilities.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, Mr. Halloran’s military career included service as Chief Embarkation Officer for multiple Mediterranean deployments and as an AH-1J/T SeaCobra helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps.
