George has over 35 years of extensive experience in strategy, management, and business development within the government, defense, and intelligence communities. He develops and manages the strategies and initiatives used to foster growth through new contract awards and the expansion of current programs. His day-to-day leadership and management of the company mirrors its core values and drives achievement – supporting business goals and objectives.

Kelly is a certified CPA responsible for financial strategy, implementation, and coordination across the company. She oversees payroll, accounting, and financial reporting processes – ensuring financial data integrity, effective coordination of auditing, and providing insight into financial decisions. She also ensures internal and external compliance with accounting processes and regulations.

Maria has been with ALEX for over 30 years and serves security functions, including the DoD Industrial Security program and other related activities to ensure compliance with the NISPOM and company policies and procedures. She strives to build trust and strong long-term relationships with ALEX’s employees and customers.

Jeff’s IT experience with ALEX spans nearly two decades. He is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and designing operational functional of the Information & Technology department, as well as providing support for organizational and program-level technical solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations.

Sarah is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager providing cradle-to-grave contract and subcontract management including collaboration across multiple internal departments and with contracting officers and other customers to ensure compliance with contract requirements and federal regulations.

Dr. Aldridge leads the research and development of ALEX’s artificial intelligence solution, Velocity. He develops and implements cutting edge Machine Learning/Deep Learning technologies using Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL, NoSQL, and others. “Spud” is a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and aviator and a DAWIA Certified Acquisition Professional.

Jim brings over 30 years’ experience leveraging a high level of knowledge and proactive relationships with government customers and contractor teammates. He ensures that all program plans and schedules are successfully executed, including, but not limited to contract transition, implementation, start-up, task performance, compliance, and risk mitigation. Jim is a retired USMC officer and naval aviator who served during multiple command and staff assignments in CONUS or deployed.

Jan brings 20+ years of experience to ALEX and is passionate about operational efficiencies, process improvement, and ensuring high quality services are provided to customers. Her responsibilities include leading the Corporate Services functions of BD Operations and Proposals; Marketing and Communications; Recruiting and HR; Travel; and Quality Management. She is a CF APMP, CMP, and a member of APMP, AFCEA, ASQ, and MPI.

Gretchen’s experience includes nearly 20 years of supporting government customers. Her focus is on creating client-focused solutions by understanding customer requirements, applying strategic thinking, and integrating ALEX’s Velocity AI capabilities to enable actionable use of data and accelerate decision-making.

Rob has nearly 25 years of experience throughout the government marketplace including IT, professional services, and program operations. He is a customer-focused relationship builder that works to fully understand solution requirements, develops plans, and ensures quality service delivery through long-term partnerships.
