George is a proven leader with over 40 years of experience in program delivery, acquisition, and strategic growth, including 28 years in executive roles across large enterprises, mid-market firms, and small businesses. His expertise spans advanced technology solutions, IT, systems integration, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence (AI) for defense, intelligence, and commercial clients.

Kelly is a certified CPA responsible for financial strategy, implementation, and coordination across the company. She oversees payroll, accounting, and financial reporting processes – ensuring financial data integrity, effective coordination of auditing, and providing insight into financial decisions. She also ensures internal and external compliance with accounting processes and regulations.

Maria has been with ALEX for over 30 years and serves security functions, including the DoD Industrial Security program and other related activities to ensure compliance with the NISPOM and company policies and procedures. She strives to build trust and strong long-term relationships with ALEX’s employees and customers.

Jeff’s IT experience with ALEX spans nearly two decades. He is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and designing operational functional of the Information & Technology department, as well as providing support for organizational and program-level technical solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations.

Dr. Aldridge leads the research and development of ALEX’s artificial intelligence solution, Velocity. He develops and implements cutting edge Machine Learning/Deep Learning technologies using Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL, NoSQL, and others. “Spud” is a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and aviator and a DAWIA Certified Acquisition Professional.

Wendy brings 20+ years of experience in executive support, HR, and talent acquisition to ALEX. As the face of our HR and Recruiting Team, her people-first approach fosters inclusion, boosts morale, and drives engagement. She ensures HR practices align with company goals and compliance, serving as a trusted partner to candidates, new hires, and team members company-wide.

Rob has nearly 25 years of experience throughout the government marketplace including IT, professional services, and program operations. He is a customer-focused relationship builder that works to fully understand solution requirements, develops plans, and ensures quality service delivery through long-term partnerships.
